Well darn it all I can not tell you how frustrated I am with the curve I was dealt. In the grand scheme of life it is very small curve so for that I am thankful but still frustrated. As you know if you have been following my blog I am doing the 21 Day Fix Extreme. I was loving it, I mean really loving it. Did you notice I said WAS!

I do not want to make big long blog post on it but I did want to keep you informed and let you why I stopped with the fix.  For many years and I mean many I have dealt with some pretty bad hip, knee and back issues. It never really stopped me from doing anything which is why I just never dealt with it I think. Well as I am getting ready to hit the big 50 I am really focusing on feeling the best I can inside and out.  I think I have the inside down but the out was getting a little annoying.

Long story short- I went to an Osteopath and she told me I could not exercise for at least three weeks. I was devastated and grumpy with this order she gave me. Did she not know I was on the second week of the 21 Day Fix Extreme and loving it?????? Well I told her and she did not care 🙁 She told me I was undoing her work and at her rate I was not into that very much. The structural issues I am trying to fix have a lot to do with my sever case of being pigeon toed and a car accident I had when I was in high school. I trust her and am very eager to work on this so I am embracing this therapy with a good attitude.

Thankfully I have some amazing challengers in our 21 Day Fix group and they are all just plugging away and their results are blowing me away. One person has already lost 10 pounds and we are not even on day 21 yet 🙂

As for my next move we shall just have to wait and see. I am super eager to get back to my little house gym but this girl is flowing Dr.’s orders for once in her life.
