Man I am super stoked about this program launching in June. Seriously I am blown away at the response to this program. I have a feeling this is going to blow doors off of her Turbo Fire launch. PiYo is a 60 day workout program and the workouts range from 25 to 45 minutes. I love this as I am beginning to love the shorter workouts. At first I was skeptical and now Mike and I are both fans.
Chalene says she wanted to create a program that gives people “cardio” and “strength training” without using weights and helps people become “far more flexible.”
