Today Mike and I had what we both thought was the perfect 21 Day Fix lunch. We love the way this program lets you be creative with your food choices. I have to be honest we did about a week on the Ultimate Reset and found that we were struggling with it for some reason. I am still not sure what it was that we were struggling with because we enjoyed the food. I think it was the whole not being able to work out thing and the no meat/fish that we were not feeling. We 100% believe in the program and did fantastic on it two years ago but I think we are at a different stage in our lives right now and it was not feeling right. You know me, its all about the balance, if it does not feel right, then tweak it till it does.

We are excited for the launch of our 3rd 21 Day Fix Challenge group starting May 12th. Bring on the fix.

Today’s lunch was

1 red, 1/2 blue, 2 greens, 1/2 purple and 1 orange

It was such a basic lunch but it really hit the spot with Mike and I and it was so filling. It was one wild salmon patty, topped with mozzarella cheese, grilled onions and fresh basil. Then we added a chopped salad made of romaine, kale, and shredded carrots and topped it off with organic strawberries and sunflower seed kernals.
