What People are Saying

Your help and advice transformed my life!

“Judy came into my life during a time when I was at a low point physically¬†and mentally. With her encouragement and guidance I have been able to make¬†changes in my personal health and daily habits, which I am truly grateful¬†for. She honestly cares about each and every client. She is my support¬†and my rock.”

Judy is a wonderful teacher.

” Judy is so patient and understanding. She comes from a positive place and she’s so willing to share her knowledge and her light. Working with her has been great. I have learned so much in this course and it came at a time when I needed it the most. I work a very long and stressful job and meditation has helped me de-stress, become more aware of my innermost thoughts, and overall become a happier and healthier person. I will be going back to this material again and again to improve and grow.

Judy provides motivation, tools, resources, research and products that nurture my acceptance of who I am

“Like so many of us, I often get stuck on how to make healthy choices for my life. Judy from All in the Balance provides motivation, tools, resources, research and products that nurture my acceptance of who I am and my ability to change. Her coaching is effective and fun! Without her insight, I wouldn’t be as successful as I am at making the choices that lead my life in the direction my potential can take me. If you want to be all that you can be, I can’t recommend her services enough! Choosing to incorporate her coaching is a special reminder to myself that I care enough to learn to love who I am and to empower myself to get unstuck and move past the barriers that keep me from living a liberated life. I am grateful to have met her and continue to learn more about myself than I ever dreamed possible!”

Thank you for re-introducing me into clean eating and plant based lifestyle and meditations

Hey Judy! I just wanted to thank you for re-introducing me into clean eating and plant based lifestyle and meditations too! I have been really listening to my body and seeing what works for me. I know it is a work in progress. Limiting the processed foods in our family has helped improve our digestion, mood and energy level. Instead of living to eat, I am eating to live a full and healthy life.

I find being accountable to somebody really helps me to stay focused. I’m currently in her 5 day challenge. Love, love, love her!!!

Working with Judy is like having a coach, cheer leader, advocate and best friend all rolled into one beautiful soul

Working with Judy is like having a coach, cheer leader, advocate and best friend all rolled into one beautiful soul. She will lead you on a road to health while guiding you to discover the whys of your weight issues. If you open up, be honest and do the work she will help you learn how to find contentment with food, life and yourself. Her Facebook page is full of inspiration, her challenge groups are full of so much support. Her recipes are healthy and always make me hungry. It was a joke in one of our challenge groups that we all wanted a Judy for Christmas to cook and take care of us. Lucky for us her heart is so big that she honestly does take care of each of us.

We Love Everything!

“Judy the diffuser is easy to use, powerful and really nice to be around. The oils are very high quality and smell lovely. We have been really enjoying the peppermint oil and cannot wait to try the Buddha. I had no idea how to negotiate this world of essential oils but you made it super simple for us to break into this. You took my tangled thoughts and streamlined recommendations that were absolutely perfect.  I would like two more diffusers for our office and I have already referred my office mate to contact you for a similar set up.

Again, Thank You for being so helpful putting this very special gift together. I think we hit a home run

She is truly a blessing to all of her clients.

“Not only is Judy very knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise, but a wide variety of tools and strategies to improve and maximize your overall health. She is wonderfully kind and supportive and provides positive encouragement throughout the entire process. She is truly a blessing to all of her clients.

I can understand why her clients feel so comfortable with her

I love Judy’s philosophy, as well as her openness to finding balance, despite how much one side of the pendulum seems better, safer, wiser, etc., than the other side. Instead of making a rigid choice of one side or the other, she wisely chooses balance as the key to her work. I can understand why her clients feel so comfortable with her because she is genuine and makes no pretenses about having The solution to someone‚Äôs issues.

I would like to thank you.

She is a wonderful cheerleader! ūüĎć‚̧ԳŹ

Judy has been my fitness coach for almost two years. She has encouraged me to try my best, has been understanding when things are “less than perfect” on my fitness journey, and has taught me not to be so hard on myself. I appreciate all that Judy has done to help me move closer to my fitness goals. She is a wonderful cheerleader! ūüĎć‚̧ԳŹ

Thanks again for sharing your delicious recipes!

Hello, Judy. ¬†I wanted to let you know that I have now made three of your gluten-free granola recipes, and my daughter and I love them all! My daughter’s favorite was the Gluten-Free Granola Bars and Bites recipe¬†(https://allinthebalance.com/all-in-the-balance-gluten-free-granola-bars-and-bites/). Since we’re sensitive to oats, I had to substitute buckwheat groats, which were a bit larger and crunchier than I expected (I didn’t think to pulse them in my food processor a bit first). ¬†I decided to crumble¬†the bars up into granola, which was delicious in a bowl with dairy-free milk. ¬†It was a bit too sticky to be “pourable,” since the buckwheat groats weren’t as absorbent as oats probably would have been. I intend to try baking the granola next time, which should do the trick. ¬†If cooking it alters the taste, though, I’ll just go back to making it raw, since it doesn’t seem sticky at all once the milk is poured on it, and we loved the taste!

The second granola recipe that I tried was your Homemade Gluten-Free Granola (http//allinthebalance.com/homemade-gluten-gree-granola/).   This one was delicious as well.  It tasted very healthy without being overly sweet, and was very quick and easy to make.

I think my very favorite of the three granola recipes was The Best Grain-Free Granola (https://allinthebalance.com/best-grain-free-granola-ever/).¬†¬†It was absolutely¬†fabulous!¬†I can’t believe something that’s so healthy could even taste so good! ¬†¬†I plan to make this one again very soon. ¬†My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

Thanks again for sharing your delicious recipes!
