Summertime is one of my favorite seasons for fruit.  I love the abundance of berries and other mouthwatering fruits that are available at our local farmers markets. One of my favorite ways to use fresh fruit is in my morning Shakeology. Once the temperature hits 80 degrees in our town, my Chocolate Shakeology takes a backseat and the Strawberry and Greenberry and Vanilla  come out. Here are a few of my favorite recipes:

I am a huge fan of not only the taste of Shakeology but also the amazing health benefits. I have been drinking this magic for three + years now and I have never tired of the taste or the effects. It is worth every single penny to me. I would gladly give up Starbucks for superfoods anyway. If you want to learn more about Dr’s are saying about the  science behind Shakeology check out this video. There is a money back guarantee so stop wondering and give it a try. I really do not think you will regret it.
