Got Menopause? Are you experiencing hot flashes?  Do you feel like I look? Drink this herbal organic tea everyday and you will feel a difference.  I have been there and done that on the topic of treating  perimenopause, I have tried everything some with success and some were a big waste of $$$. I actually have just recently started taking very low level bio identical hormones but that is more for a weight issue than the hot flash hell this condition can bring you. I have found essential oils, herbs and a few lifestyle changes to be the best way to attack those nasty flashes but the thing is you have to keep up with them. You can not drink one cup of tea and add a few drops of oil to your bath and think you are fixed lol. You need to be consistent with the procedure for the symptom relief to begin.  I drink about 2 cups of tea a day and apply my hot flash blend 3 times a day. I have also minimized my alcohol intake and caffeine intake. Now notice I did not see gave up hee hee, its about the balance friends 🙂

Going through menopause can not only be emotionally overwhelming and tiring, but the physical aspect is enough to make some women really feel utterly frustrated and depressed. This beautiful, organic menopause tea is made up of Black Cohosh, Damiana, Dong Quai, Feverfew, Passionflower, Suma, and then topped with a sprinkle of Cinnamon. This tea can help relieve a lot of the nasty symptoms of menopause. Some of the herbs in this tea contain estrogen, which help with hot flashes, hormonal imbalances and menopause altogether!

Do not settle for feeling hot unless it is the kinda HAWT that your hubby or boyfriend whistles at. I promise you can feel better. I have been there.  Lastly you might want to consider getting some JuJuBe Fruit. This is a recent discover of mine that is mind blowing when you look at its magical abilities. It is a VERY GOOD hormone balancer. I eat 2-3 of these dried beauties a few times a week when they are in season. They are very seasonal and hard to find so if you run across them at your local farmers market grab them up quick.

You also might want to check out Rhodiola Rosea if you are struggling with perimenopause symptoms. There are natural ways to fight this friends. We just need to be patient and open minded. We got this!
