Yes, this is a No No No cookie but what No No No means is there is No Sugar, No Grains and No Dairy  🙂 Score Right?

This cookie is so easy to whip together you will be dunking them in your favorite cold drink in just a few short minutes.

The No No No Peanut Butter Cookie


1 Cup of Peanut Butter. Try and use no sugar added. This is my favorite brand. You can also make your own. Check out this post on how to make your own butters

1 Cup of Monk Fruit Natural Sweetener

1 Egg

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

( You can add 1/2 cup of stevia chocolate chips if you want. If you want to stay with dairy free use these.



Preheat oven to 350* and place a sheet of parchment paper on your cookie pan. Make sure it is parchment paper and not waxed paper.

Next mix the peanut butter and monk fruit sweetener in your food mixer or mix by hand.

Then add your egg and baking soda to the peanut butter mixture and beat until well combined.

Lastly, make your desired size cookie and place on the cookie sheet. I like to put them in the oven for about 3 minutes then use the fork to make the criss-cross look.

Bake time is anywhere from 10-11 minutes, depending on your oven.

Please let the cookies cool before you try and take them off the cookie sheet. Monk fruit tends to harden quickly in cookies. Mike and I have noticed that these are best the first few days after baking. They tend to dry out as time goes on.
