One week done BAM!  I am so thrilled to have this week over, not really because it was super hard but more because it just feels so good to know I did it! I completed one whole week of 21 Day Fix Extreme.  When I first purchased this program I bought it because I loved the Original 21 Day Fix and was getting bored of the exercises. A few days after my purchase I had the opportunity to try one of the workouts at a Beachbody training conference and well lets just say I was not as excited, my excitement had turned to a little bit of freight. I think my ego took a hit as I struggled to push through the Dirty 30 Extreme and yes I crawled my way  up the stairs the next day too!

Now after 7 days  I can say I have been getting stronger each day with each workout.  Unfortunately I am having to modify a lot because of my back/hip/feet issues ( lol that sounds so horrid) but I am pushing through them and not hitting pause. I go back to the doctor today so I am hoping to learn a little more about what the heck is going on and just maybe I will be able to go full steam ahead next week. Todays workout was yoga extreme. I just loved it and I mean loved it. Now you all know I normally can not stand yoga. I struggle with it and it just bores me. For some reason this workout was so much fun and I just loved it. It actually felt good. It just goes to show you that you can not stop trying things out. There are hundreds of different yoga routines and different styles. If you were like me just keep trying because yoga really is so good for your body. I am not going to go as far as say I am a yogi after one successful workout but I am for the first time in my life excited to try it again.

Breakfast- 1/2 scoop of Shakeology, 1/2 frozen banana and a potato egg  tortilla, with cauliflower rice and diced tomato

Snack-Plain goat milk yogurt with berries and black coffee

Did not have a snack as I was not hungry, just drank lots of water

Dinner- Chicken balls and steamed broccoli. (I forgot to take a picture of the broccoli 🙁  )

Off to bed now. I feel great about this day. I love my new air fryer by the way. Here is my review on it. It was pricey but honestly it is so much fun creating healthy crunchy recipes.
