Day 4 was the best one yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved the 21 Day Fix Extreme Lower Fix workout. I loved the lower fix in the original 21 Day Fix as well. Starting tomorrow I am going to start getting a little more technical in my reviews so you can get a better feel for what this program is all about. I hope you find it helpful. I am also going to try and get better with these video’s. Man I need my kids to teach me how to do them fancy.
Here is a peak into what my day 4 was like.
Food for Day 4
Breakfast- Strawberry Shakeolgy with Pineapple and acai berry
Snack- Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Balsamic and Coffee
Lunch- Mixed Green Salad with Grilled Chicken, Blueberries, walnuts, Goat Feta and Fix Dressing.
Snack- Tea and Plain Goat Milk Yogurt with Berries
Dinner- Bison Vegetable Stir Fry
I was a big fan of today. I did get hungry for some reason today but I just drank water and it really helped. If you look up at all that food that sure is a lot don’t you think? My chest is finally not sore from the upper fix. LOL I probably will not be able to walk tomorrow from today’s workout but that is ok because I bought this program for a reason. It is time to push all excuses aside.
