Well day 3 was not my favorite and you will see why in the video below.
Breakfast- Chocolate Shakeology with 1/2 of a Frozen Banana, Gluten Free Oats and Organic Berries
Snack- Goat Milk Plain Yogurt and Organic Berries
Lunch-Mixed Green Salad With No Nitrate Turkey Breast, Berries, Walnuts, Fix Dressing and Goat Cheese
Snack- Herbal Tea– No teasing me about the Christmas Cup. I like to drink my tea in a clear cup and it was the only one clean 🙂
Dinner- Baked Cod on a Cauliflower and Cilantro Pancake Topped with Avocado with a Side of Butternut Squash
Excellent day if it was not for the poopy back and spine. I am not kidding you all, you are not hungry on this program. This program teaches you to be creative and pushes you to cook with new foods. The individuals in our accountability group are nailing it. They are already seeing emotional and physical breakthroughs. It just makes me all giddy inside.
