I am not joking when I say I have made this three times in less than one week. I was so frustrated trying to get the crust right. I was always so close but just not there. Last night I think I got pretty darn close but I still feel the need to go back and tweak it one more time. The taste is awesome but the crust is not as crispy as I would like it. It is not going to have the crunchy crispy crust like regular pizza but I would like it to be able to be picked up and not eaten with a fork. I think the trick is baking it a little longer and really working on getting the moisture out of the cauliflower once it comes out of the microwave.
