It is Wellness Wednesday and today I want to share with you a fantastic 10 minute breathe meditation one of my colleagues put together. Tony was in my teacher training class and I just adore him.  He is a genuine guy with a wonderful heart and an awesome accent that makes this meditation even better. 🙂 I hope you enjoy it.
