1 Cup of Old-Fashioned Oats (gluten free)
2 TSP. Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/4 TSP. Sea Salt
2 Medium Ripe Banans, mashed
1/4 Cup Cranberries (organic if possible)
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds


Preheat oven to 350
Lightly coat a baking sheet with spray or use parchment paper
Combine oats, cinnamon,and salt in a medium bowl; mix well
Add bananas, cranberries, coconut and pumpkin seeds; mix well
Drop TBSP size pieces onto your sheet, flatten the cookies with a spatula
Bake for 14 to 15 minutes or until firm
