Have you heard about 80 Day Obsession?
You all know that I do not like working out. I do it because it makes me feel good after but I have never been a “YAY lets get in the gym” kinda gal, that is till I started 80 Day Obsession.
I am not doing a review on it yet because I am only on day 51 and I want to wait till I get through the whole 80 days to tell you all about it.
But I have had a lot of people ask me about it so I thought I would share some video’s and let you get a peek at the program. As of day 51, I have lost 23 pounds. I have gone down two pants sizes and I am not afraid to wear a tank top anymore. I still have a long way to go to get the fit toned look I am going after but this is by far the healthiest and fittest I have felt in almost a decade.
