Are you looking to add some more balance to your life? I would love to share with you some of the things I have learned through my education and research. I am not 100% a vegetarian but I do practice this way of eating about 90% of my day. Its all about the balance right? 🙂  Those of you that know me, know that I do not believe there is one specific way we should all eat. We are all different and we need to learn to tune into our bodies and what they are telling us. I DO believe that we can all benefit from consuming more vegetables and paying more attention to the mind, body spirit connection.

During these 30 days I will be emailing you daily loads of information on how to incorporate all of the above in your daily life. It is not a challenge and you do not need to eat plant based foods during the 30 days and promise to meditate every day 🙂  It is 30 days of information for you to use, store and incorporate into your life. I will be setting up a private Facebook group for the members to ask questions or interact with each other if they would like. There is no daily posting required.
