2 Cups of cooked sweet potato
2 Cups of Gluten Free Trader Joe’s flour
1 Cup of coconut flour
1/2 Cup of coconut oil
1/2 Cup of shredded coconut
1/4 Cup of applesauce
1/4 Cup of pure maple syrup
2 Cup chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp allspice
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Mix it all up and bake for 20 minutes. I did it bar style and put it in a baking dish. (I am lazy).  All good for you real food ingredients.
