Hey Judy! I just wanted to thank you for re-introducing me into clean eating and plant based lifestyle and meditations too! I have been really listening to my body and seeing what works for me. I know it is a work in progress. Limiting the processed foods in our family has helped improve our digestion, mood and energy level. Instead of living to eat, I am eating to live a full and healthy life.
Not only is Judy very knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise, but a wide variety of tools and strategies to improve and maximize your overall health. She is wonderfully kind and supportive and provides positive encouragement throughout the entire process. She is truly a blessing to all of her clients.
Judy came into my life during a time when I was at a low point physically and mentally. I love Judy's philosophy, as well as her openness to finding balance, despite how much one side of the pendulum seems better, safer, wiser, etc., than the other side. Without her insight, I wouldn't be as successful as I am at making the choices that lead my life in the direction my potential can take me. It was a joke in one of our challenge groups that we all wanted a Judy for Christmas to cook and take care of us. Lucky for us her heart is so big that she honestly does take care of each of us.
